This relieves the client company of the tax burden of filing timely returns and the liability for tax filing errors which can lead to expensive penalties.

Freedomstaff creates easy to read job costing reports for clients to review the administrative costs on a per job basis.

Freedomstaff will process certified payrolls and send certified reports to our client companies.

Freedomstaff has set up a multiple employer plan that allows our clients to offer a qualified retirement plan to their employees at no additional cost to the client company. Freedomstaff takes the liability and responsibility of being the trustee and plan administrator. This brings freedom to our clients from the ever rising liability of retirement plans. This service includes the 5500 reporting responsibility.

Freedomstaff provides an insurance policy that extends to our clients protection against such employment related issues as sexual harassment, wrongful termination and any type of employment discrimination claim just to name a few.

Freedomstaff works closely with each client company to develop employment procedures in creating an employee handbook to protect the client and Freedomstaff from liabilities pertaining to the employment relationship between employer and employee.

Freedomstaff will keep all employee correspondence and information in separate personnel files at a secured location to ensure HIPPA compliance.

Freedomstaff will assist clients with all aspects of claims management including working with the client’s TPA and MCO. Freedomstaff will provide opportunities for savings through the BWC group rating program contingent on client group meeting the criteria set aside by the association to enable group savings.

Freedomstaff assists clients with reviews and evaluations by providing templates and coaching supervisors through the employee review process.

Freedomstaff will develop ADA compliant job descriptions.

Freedomstaff partners with each client to proactively provide guidance on disciplinary procedures. This documentation helps protect Freedomstaff and the client against any frivolous law suits for things such as wrongful termination or discrimination.

Freedomstaff provides clients, at no additional cost, an opportunity to notice tax savings for both the client and employees. Employees will have the opportunity to have pre-tax dollars deducted from their earnings and deposited into a flex savings account, so that employees can use those pre-tax dollars to purchase qualified medical items such as: co-pays, deductibles, prescriptions, over the counter items such as aspirin, ibuprofen and band aides to name a few.

Freedomstaff provides clients a section 125 cafeteria plan that enables clients to take advantage of pre-tax savings for premium deductions such as medical, dental and vision.

Freedomstaff has partnered with FPL Financial Strategies to enable our client employees to receive consulting as it pertains to the company sponsored 401k investment options.

Freedomstaff offers on-site supervisor training in addition to workplace violence and harassment training. Freedomstaff works with a certified professional trainer that can provide services at your location or offsite locations.

Freedomstaff will manage all aspects of your employee benefit plan from implementation to confirmation of coverage. We provide enrollment & explanation of the benefit plans as well as claims assistance for all eligible employees. Freedomstaff has access to shop all benefits plans to provide the absolute best rates in the market. We offer many unique options combining fully insured plans, health savings accounts, health reimbursement accounts and flexible spending accounts as a cost saving measure to partially self fund benefit plans.
